Shu Lea Cheang, a major American-Taiwanese artist and pioneer of net.art and the cyberfeminist movement, currently based in Paris, will exhibit her two latest creations. The lower space of the museum will host the immersive work UKI Virus (2018) presented for the first time at the Gwangju Biennale and a selection of videos from the installation 3x3x6 (2019) presented in the Taiwan Pavilion at the Venice Biennale under the curatorship of Paul B. Preciado. Body, cyberspace and subversion will be at the heart of this exhibition.
