The upper floors of the Museum of Asian Arts will be taken over by the Mai Ling collective, made up of five Vienna-based artists, a group that will off-set the usual gaze of visitors by intervening artistically on the museum’s permanent collections and presenting works elaborated around the exotic and fetishized stereotype of the Asian female figure.
