The fouled compass is a new short film by madison bycroft that takes floating as it’s point of departure. This departure repeats however, and doesn’t orient itself towards a destination. 

The film explores floating as a methodology: a sensation of disorientation, a practice of pleasure that is not goal oriented and instead fractured, wandering, abstracted or planktonic.
